What we consume and put in our bodies forms the basis of our thinking, emotions, and behavior. What we choose to eat or not eat will affect our physical and mental health. It has an impact on our energy level, appearance, and overall wellbeing.

We explore the 90/10 nutrition philosophy. That is, striving to consume 90% of your diet from the green tier, which includes such foods as avocados, blueberries, and almonds; and 10% from the yellow tier, which includes rice, potatoes, and bread; and avoiding foods on the red tier, which basically is anything with added cane sugar or high fructose corn syrup.

It is also critical to find time in your schedule to partake in aerobic activity. The time you invest in staying fit will actually save you time when you are able to address other areas in your life more effectively and efficiently.
